running late this morn skipped workout
worked way out behind barn all day and did several jogs back and forth to get tools and stuff
evening did sit ups/ palnks/ side planks/ leg lifts/ bicycle kicks, 30 min on total gym, dips on side of tub
by the way stomach startin to feel preety sore
meals: 1 english muffin, strawberries
4 oz cup of green beans
grilled chicken, english peas, corn
4 oz cup of diced carrots
grilled oriental chicken salad from Applebees
applesause (unsweetened)
