day 2
Tried cardio in morn only got 10 minutes out before i quit (lack of energy)
evening got out 15 minutes on treadmill/ 3 sets of 20 situps and 3 sets of planks
I know I need more cardio
meals: 1 english muffin, eggbeaters
harvest grain protein bar
grilled chicken salad with only lettuce and boiled egg (bad dressing thousand island)
special k protein bar
starfish tuna lunchkit (5 wheat crackers, tuna, relish)
plan on strawberry/blueberry smoothie
