Only workout that was done was bout 30 minutes on my total gym and a few situps
meals: 1 english muffin, eggbeaters
4 oz cup of green beans
grilled chicken, black eyed peas, creamed corn
special K protein bar
mandarin chicken salad from Wendy's
Strawberry/blueberry smoothie
